To bring the gospel to the world.
We are a new church, founded in 2024, by a group of Christians who desire to see another healthy church in and for central Austin. Our hope is to be a group of diverse people who genuinely know Jesus, love His church, and reach the lost.
The particular neighborhood where we meet includes long-term residents, young professionals, new families, singles, religious and irreligious people. We want to share the wonderful news about who Jesus is and what He’s done, hence the name King’s Cross.
A Few Distinctives
1) Christ-centered. Our desire and central focus is to see God honored and glorified in our church, in our worship, and in our families.
2) Expository preaching. We are committed to the sequential and expository method of teaching the Bible in which we understand the truth about God, ourselves, and our redemption in Jesus.
3) God-designed Families. We believe that strong, biblical families are the foundation of both the church and culture. So we equip Christian husbands, wives, and children to honor the Lord in establishing solid Christian families.
